Implement Joint Design of Business Process with Digital Q.BPM

Diasoft continuously contributes to the development of its business process management platform Digital Q.BPM. Now, the platform offers its customers the joint process design feature, which allows several users to work together on the same business process diagram using a shared online whiteboard. Each user can see actions of other team members, while the system immediately implements all changes made by each user.

During the joint design, users can add comments to separate process nodes or to the whole process and reply to comments left by other users. The system maintains the history of all communications, and the users can track all discussions in the same communication channel.

In traditional solutions, process diagrams save changes made only by the last user working on it. When designing a business process, users have to make copies of diagrams, implement changes in their copies and then consolidate them.

The new feature of Digital Q.BPM significantly facilitates the joint design of business processes. Now users can design business process diagrams and discuss arising issues in the same workspace, similar to the Miro collaborative whiteboard or the interactive board by Figma.
