The system is flexibly configured with the help of Digital Q no-code tools, which ensures the ability to quickly adapt to changes in regulatory requirements to electronic document workflows without coding.

The microservices architecture of the EDMS enables the ability to scale the system to any number of company branches. The system caters for the needs of corporate, HR and legal paperwork and can be used across diverse industries.

Key solution advantages:

Quick and flexible configuration in the no-code mode. With no-code tools, business users easily configure document routing and approval rules, set up the organizational structure, align electronic signatures to specific document types, etc. Such changes do not require programming skills or vendor involvement. To set up a universal business process for processing of electronic documents, Diasoft provides Digital Q.BPM tools. 

Automatic assigning of tasks. Since the system is used to set up the organizational structure and role models, tasks are assigned for approval and signing to relevant employees automatically. Notifications and user tasks are assigned based on the document processing status.

Setup of any types of e-documents. The system allows configuring and standardizing all types of electronic documents, such as orders, applications, bookkeeping and other internal documents. Business users can use pre-configured templates, edit them directly in the EDMS interface, sent them for approval and leave comments when necessary.

Support of all kinds of e-signatures. The Diasoft EDMS supports several types of signatures: the simple electronic signature, enhanced unqualified electronic signature, and enhanced qualified electronic signature. The customer can configure each signature, including setup of the color, font and the number of attributes.

Document storage. The electronic archive can be organized with the help of a file storage system, documents can also be stored in a database.

Visual reporting. Reporting on the document workflow is generated with the help of visualization tools of the analytical platform Digital Q.Sensor. Users can create dashboards and track the efficiency of processing of individual documents and pinpoint any bottlenecks in the business process.

Scalability. The system can be scaled to cater for the needs of a group of companies of any size. They will all operate within a unified environment based on the common standards and assigned access rights.

Reliability. The microservices architecture of the EDMS ensures not only simple configuration and scalability, but also high fault tolerance and reliability. Microservices operate independently from each other, and a failure in one will not affect the operation of other system components. Implementation of the EDMS in the microservices architecture allows restricting access to system components and managing access rights to them.
