Centralize Management of Party Data with the Party Register

Diasoft offers the software product “Party Register” to maintain a centralized database of all parties involved in a company’s business processes (customers, counterparties, party representatives, beneficiaries, payables, etc.).
Key functions of the Party Register:
- Adding and editing information files of parties.
- Maintaining the history of changes.
- Management of party statuses, with the ability to create drafts.
- Rule-based control of access to data.
The product ensures centralized storage and management of all participants of business processes. Using ready-to-use integration tools (REST API, Digital Q.Kafka), it delivers necessary information to all consuming systems. The product also provides a widget that can be integrated into application UIs for quick search, adding and editing of party data.
The product supports a set of standard party types: legal entities, individuals, private entrepreneurs. Using preset low-code tools, customers can add new party types without coding, based on specific features of their business processes. For each new type, the product allows defining mandatory and optional information blocks (e.g., passport details, contact details, bank account details, etc.) and ensures effective usage of data due to their segmentation and structuring.
The product allows users to set up standardized links between parties (work, relatives, etc.) and visualize such links through schemes.
When the user enters party data, the Party Register automatically verifies the data format and values. The product can also receive data from open sources, such and state registers of legal entities or private entrepreneurs, etc.
The Party Register is part of the Digital Q.ClientCatalog. It is built on the microservice architecture and can be easily integrated into any IT landscape.
