Support Your Project Management Process with Digital Q.PM

Diasoft offers a new platform for the end-to-end control of the company’s project management processes – Digital Q.PM. It ensures easy and effective management of projects, programs and project portfolios at every stage of their implementation – from the initiation to closure.

Using the platform, both the customer and the contractor enjoy the single version of the truth and control the implementation of the project in the shared environment. At the same time, the platform provides a personal digital area for each member of the project team: the project manager, the customer, the sponsor.

The Digital Q.PM platform comprises four software products:

  • Project Implementation – The product supports project scheduling, network planning, and setup of the project lifecycle. The automated project management process helps the manager not to miss any mandatory steps. The up-to-date project status is displayed as a dashboard, with the ability to drill down to the statuses of separate tasks, which allows quickly taking data-driven decisions.
  • Resource Planning – The product keeps track of the planned project cost and labor resources. It is used to books the resources of a specific employee or department and helps to avoid conflicts between projects that use the same resources. Using the product, the company can assess its resource needs across departments and roles over a long period of time.
  • Project Budgeting – The product is used to keep record of the project income and expenses and supports automatic calculation of payment schedules, budget items and ratios. The product supports management of the target, forecast and actual budget.
  • Communications Management – The product supports communications of project team members via committees and work groups in accordance with assigned authorities of each team member. It is used to set up meeting schedules, the minutes approval process, the escalation scheme and ensures control of execution of orders.

Digital Q.PM can support any project management methodology, including international PMBok and Agile standards, and allows adapting business processes of the project management lifecycle to the selected methodology.

Digital Q.PM helps to decrease the use of project management resources, improve the budget and schedule metrics and spend less time for project monitoring and control. The platform can be enhanced by other Diasoft products for management of user tasks and the knowledge warehouse: Digital Q.Tasks and Digital Q.Knowledge.
