Diasoft Launched the Decision Management System in the Microservice Architecture
June 15, 2022
Diasoft announced that it has launched a new Decision Management System based on the microservice architecture. The product is part of the Digital Q.Omnichannel platform and is used as a component of loan origination solutions.
Diasoft Decision Management System analyzes borrower data from external sources, such as credit bureauх and watch lists (black lists, lists of bankrupts, terrorists, AML watch lists and others). The product automatically calculates borrower creditworthiness and generates decisions on loan disbursal. It can also be used to calculate the matrix of product offerings.
The list of components of the Decision Management System includes the underwriter workbench. If a loan application occurs in the grey area and automatic decision-making is impossible, the underwriter can analyze the borrower creditworthiness and make the right lending decision manually.
The system allows flexibly configuring business rules, scoring matrices and other metrics used for lending decision-making. All strategies and rules are logged automatically, and the user can verify any completed check. The analytical platform Digital Q.Sensor allows customers to create analytical dashboards immediately in the product. With these dashboards, the user can track processes and receive information on loan approvals or decline reasons in the real time
Decision Management System supports embedded Java Script, Python and Groovy languages and can be used in two modes. In the first mode, the system works with array data accumulated during processing of applications; in the second mode, it enriches data using pre-integrated adapters to external systems: e-government, credit bureaux, core banking, AML and other systems.
Modern technologies and low-code development tools significantly reduce time-to-market for product updates in compliance with changing risk strategies of the bank. The microservice architecture ensures high fault tolerance of the product, 24/7 availability and independent update of separate product components without suspension of operations.
