Diasoft Facilitates Management of Contracts for Product Packages

To create and set up packaged products and facilitate management of respective service contracts, Diasoft offers a special product “Management of customer product packages”, part of the cross-product platform Digital Q.ProductCatalog.
“Management of customer product packages” is used to store data on product packages sold to individual and business customers: customer details, the contract validity period and status, the list of products included into a package, the list of services and discounts available for the active package, customer accounts for charging fees. The product supports the whole lifecycle of each contract and allows connecting new product packages or changing existing ones, editing the list of available services, terminating the contract upon the customer’s request or in case of unpaid fees. The product is also used to control package terms and identify their violations.
“Management of customer product packages” is built on the microservice architecture with the use of modern technologies. It can be easily integrated into any IT landscape with the help of business REST APIs and event channels.
