The technological platform Digital Q.BPM by Diasoft is designed to convert business processes of any organization into the digital format and support their centralized management. The platform is part of Diasoft’s digital transformation ecosystem Digital Q.

Digital Q.BPM provides tools and technology to digitalize business processes of any complexity. It also allows businesses to effectively analyze and streamline business processes, quickly detecting and fixing bottlenecks.

The platform uses BPMN 2.0 to design business processes and DMN diagrams for business rules. The microservice architecture and built-in low-code development tools ensure high performance, quick time-to-market, user-friendly design and management of business processes.

Platform components and capabilities:

  • Business Processes Designer: A set of low-code tools used to design business processes, set up their logic and rules, publish them in microservices, generate the register of business processes and group processes by the line of business.
  • Business Process Execution Tools: Ready-to-use microservices and libraries for the launch and execution of implemented business processes. To support execution of business processes and business rules, the platform allows automatically generating microservices based on the basic image.
  • Process Monitoring: Tools for visual tracking of execution of business processes. Even though all business processes are executed in separate microservices, the platform provides a common interface for their monitoring and analysis. The collected statistical data help to identify bottlenecks in business processes and take measures to fix them.
  • Management of User Tasks: The platform provides tools to set up algorithms for distribution of tasks and functions of each process among employees, manage individual workloads. All employees or company clients work in a single user interface, without having to use several separate systems.

Digital Q.BPM allows visualizing business processes and conveniently presents information on staff members and business units engaged in each process. This is especially important when the same business process involves several business units. The platform helps employees to fulfill their functions, timely notifies them of assigned tasks, controls deadlines, prevents confusions in processes and does not need any manual control.
