Boost Your Business Process Management with New Digital Q.BPM Features
September 17, 2024
Diasoft continues to enhance its Digital Q.BPM, a cutting-edge low-code Business Process Management platform designed to quickly digitize business processes and ensure their centralized execution and management.
In the past three months, significant updates have been implemented into the Platform, ensuring it maintains its leading position in its market:
Enhancements in User Task Management
The platform now allows customers to fine-tune and accurately track the time of completion of user tasks and monitor their compliance with KPIs.
The system automatically records the time when an employee works on a task and suspends recording if the user pauses the work or switches to another task. This helps to monitor distribution of the working time, identify bottlenecks in business processes, and ensure that employees work within the agreed schedule. Time tracking can be based on the work calendar, which is configured separately and takes into account any employee schedules used in the organization.
To design user task processing interfaces, the platform uses the low-code interface designer Digital Q.Palette.
Flexible Setup of Notifications
The platform now allows customers to configure the delivery of notifications on assigned user tasks through a variety of channels, including email, SMS, Telegram, push notifications, and notifications directly within the users’ work interface.
Phased Rollout of New Business Processes
The platform now supports phased implementation of new versions of business process. This feature allows for verification of various business hypotheses using a "challenger/champion" strategy. It also can be used for A/B testing of business processes and "canary" (phased) rollout of changes to different user segments.
Other Features
Earlier, Diasoft enhanced Digital Q.BPM with the quick business process debugging tools (debug mode) and support of the joint design of business process.
The microservice architecture of the Digital Q.BPM platform ensures decentralized execution of processes in separate microservices, each corresponding to a specific automated area. At the same time, Digital Q.BPM ensures centralized management and monitoring of business processes.
Using BPM for Enhanced Loan Origination
Digital Q.BPM makes an essential part of Diasoft’s Loan Origination System. With the low-code BPM tools, the bank can quickly implement the loan origination system and support its unique business processes, without long coding.
The system is used to automate and set up any lending business process based on the bank’s individual internal policy and rules. A simple business process may consist of the following basic steps: submission of a loan application, scoring, underwriting, approval/decline, disbursement. A Digital Q.BPM customer can easily design and redesign these business processes to meet its business needs.
Digital Q.BPM by Diasoft is ranked among TOP 5 BPM platforms at its market.
